Processing & Production Times
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been processed.
Production timeline:
- Standard Kits: 1–2 business days
- Custom Kits: 2–4 business days
Production begins shortly after an order is confirmed.
Orders are fulfilled from our production and partner facilities in the United States and overseas, depending on product type and destination.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size. The final shipping cost is displayed before payment.

Shipping Protection
All shipments include standard carrier insurance or shipping protection, depending on the carrier and destination. If a package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will assist in opening a carrier claim and guide you through the replacement process as outlined in our Refund Policy.

- Business days refer to Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
